Last fall we were looking into getting a new truck. Eddie Browne was very helpful, very informative and had answers to all of our questions. With his assistance we purchased a new Dodge Ram crew cab. To this day, Eddie still greets us at the door with a smile. We had such a great buying experience there that we went back again in April for another. We told him exactly what we wanted in a vehicle and he knew where to take us. After reviewing a few crossover SUVs we finally decided on a Chevrolet Equinox. My experience buying my first used truck By Silver Avalanche from Roswell, NM \| February 21, 2013 The two man crew in Roswell were dynomite in assisting me with my first experience buying a used truck. I saw the truck I wanted on the website but it was in Ruidoso. They had it in Roswell the next morning. Let me test drive it, took care of any questions or complaints I had and it was a sale! I stopped in to pick up my liscense plate and Jose put in right on my truck. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to find excellent customer service and care. They really do go above and beyond!!!

I am so happy with the hard work that Joe & Jose @ Sierra Blanca in Roswell are the best at what they do! First we saw the suburban well of course we wanted it BAD and did I mention that we showed up on a saturday shopping for trucks all day this was our last stop and it was 5 minutes till five. Joe had left & Jose called him to come back because we wanted to buy, well he came back he lives in Artesia too so that right there was customer service for both of them. When we head into the auto dealership to buy a new car, we look for the help of a salesperson who is knowledgeable about the make and model, enthusiastic about the process, honest in character, and happy in general. Whomever hired Ryan Koch at Sierra Blanca Motors must have been looking for those same qualities, because, wow, Ryan takes care of you and takes care of business. We special ordered our Jeep just like we liked it – but Ryan had to call us back later with the bad news that Jeep had to modify our order because it was beginning shutdown of the production line to re-gear for the next model. Sierra Blanca made some good offers to make up for what was goiong to be different on the Jeep that was in production But our heart wasn’t in it - we wanted what we wanted. They offered our deposit back. But Ryan asked us for 24 hours, maybe he could find one somewhere. I don’t know how he did it, because he and I both had searched the inventory online before but he did! Four days later we were driving around in our perfect new Jeep! And it’s fantastic. Thank you Ryan for everything, it was an adventure! You tracked down the information we needed. You got back to me with calls, emails or texts when you said you would. You negotiated for us. You were determined to get us the exact Jeep we were looking for. If anyone is looking for their next dream car, buying it really ought to be a fun process shouldn’t it? I spoke with John Marshall a few months ago, I've been in more then once searching vehicles. I expressed that I was looking for a manuel 4x4 but something small. He said those are hard to come by but they do happen...he said he would keep a eye out for me. I left it at that and then I received a surprise call from John on Thursday that a 2008 toyota truck had just come in...manual 4x4! Needless to say I came by on lunch the next day and to my delight it was exactly what I had described. I came back Saturday...they patiently worked with me as I crunched numbers to keep within my budget! I'm a proud owner of a 2008 toyota tacoma... Sierra Blanca Motors, Recently I purchased a 2013 Tahoe LTZ from you dealership. I live in El Paso and just recently returned from Afghanistan, and decided to purchase my Tahoe from your dealership because of the professionalism and excellent customer service provided by Shanhan Bower. I started my search while in Afghanistan, and started with the dealerships in El Paso. I quickly realized that I would need to look outside to receive the quality of service I expected.
